  1. Broadcast teams for this weekend announced.

    Is it me, or is anyone else a bit frustrated that Rogers uses the local commentators for national telecasts?

    I mean they wanted to make Hometown Hockey a big tradition and a big showcase. So really, their top guys should be doing these games.

    Instead using local broadcasters makes it feel small and more for that particular region where the team comes from. We saw that Wednesday too with John Bartlett doing the big Wednesday Night hockey game.

  2. Kings-Sharks is on Sportsnet as well as CBC.
