  1. does anyone get CBS from Cleveland or Toledo? I think since the switch to digital, their signals don’t carry very far past the shore of Lake Erie.

  2. I know this is off-topic, but has the Jays-Rays game this Saturday being on Fox. If this is the case, would this be the first time the Blue Jays have been on Fox’s Saturday Game Of The Week?

    • I Believe so.
Game is only on in FL though ( and i suspect has more to do with Toronto not wanting to move the game time out of Fox’s slot than anything.

      • Actually Mike,

I do recall a Blue Jays game airing on Fox at either the last two Saturdays in September of 1999 or 2000 and they were playing against the Indians if memory serves. The other game Fox had that same Saturday was the Mets playing at home against the Montreal Expos. Speaking of which, I miss the Expos and hopefully an MLB team comes back to Montreal in the future.

  3. CBS Burlington is doing the Jets-Titans game, not Steelers-Vickers.

  4. For those that are interested here is this weeks AP Top 25 College Football on Canadian TV schedule.

Credit goes to Sporting News, the 506, TSN and Sportsnet.

    • Also for those that are interested there is a link below to this weeks CIS University Football on Canadian TV schedule.

The 1:00 (ET) games featuring #2 Queens at #3 Western on SN360 and #1 Laval at #8 Bishop’s on Radio-Canada will likely steal the show this week. CIS fans should be especially excited about the OUA matchup as it features two undefeated Ontario powerhouses doing battle in one of Canada’s top College Football Stadiums, TD Waterhouse Stadium in London, Ontario.

  5. Do we get to see the delayed late Sunday night week 5 game from Oakland? It’s on the NFL Network in the US.

    • My very early and unrehearsed guess would be that we see it on NFLN. The game was never going to be shown by any network in the Sunday afternoon slot, so I doubt anyone would bother to pick it up.

      • At this time, Sportsnet’s & TSN’s website does not list the Sunday night game from Oakland on their respective broadcast schedules. Maybe later on this afternoon but I am starting to doubt it.

        • My cable guide has now changed to say TBA from previously listing the usual programming that would be on the NFL Network at that time, while is saying we will see the Oakland game on NFLN.

          • Who knows what will happen. I will say this though: if both Sportsnet and TSN pass on showing the game and the broadcast on NFL Network is blacked out here in Canada, that is where people who would like to watch the game are going to have an issue.
