4 thoughts on “NHL Conference Semifinals Press Releases

  1. The 5.1 mil rating for the Leafs/Bruins game 7 was insane. The 3.5 mil average in the series was also pretty wild. Makes you wonder what Leafs/Habs would have done.

Maybe it was b/c it was a long 9 years for the Leafs who knows, but the Leafs are the clear breadmaker for the CBC.

Bettman though got his almost dream 2nd round minus the Sens. He’d wish it was the Caps instead.

Ovechkin, Crosby, 4 original 6 American teams and 2 california teams. He probably would faint.

    • TOR-BOS game 7 also got 475,000 on RDS. Smallish for them compared to what the OTT-MTL series was getting but it was probably the largest non-Habs/non-Sens audience for them so far in these playoffs since they haven’t tweeted any others.

  2. Anyone know why the CBC camera was from the Ottawa blueline tonight and not at centre ice? Or has it been that way for the playoffs? I recall it being there against Montreal but maybe I’m wrong. Plus I only saw the 3rd period of tonight’s game.

  3. Updated game times in Mountain time.

*Saturday, May 25 NY Rangers at Boston 1530h, 3:30 pm NBCSN, TSN, RDS….(Game five)
Saturday, May 25 Detroit at Chicago 1800h, 6:00 pm NBC, CBC, RDS…..(Game five)

    *Sunday, May 26 Pittsburgh @ Ottawa 1730h, 5:30pm CBC, RDS, NBCSN…..(Game six)
