Opening round coverage on CBC garnered strong audience numbers across the four series both on TV and through online streams. The puck drops on CBC’S HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA for the second round as Craig Anderson and the Ottawa Senators head to Pittsburgh to take on Sidney Crosby and the Penguins in Game 1 of their series Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. ET (4:30 p.m. PT). CBC’s other match-up features Jonathan Toews and the Chicago Blackhawks taking on the Detroit Red Wings led by Henrik Zetterberg. As the quest for the Stanley Cup continues, TSN tonight confirmed its broadcast schedule for the Second Round of the 2013 STANLEY CUP® PLAYOFFS, headlined by an Original Six showdown between the Boston Bruins and NY Rangers.
