Stanley Cup Playoffs Schedule: May 7, 2013

So, will the Canucks go crashing out even more spectacularly than last year? Can the Canadiens possible have a worse period than the 3rd on Sunday night?

So, this is pretty much the official song of the Senators’ playoff run now, right?

CBC has a pre-game at 6:30pm ET.

7:00pm, Montreal Canadiens @ Ottawa Senators (game 4) – CBCRDS
Bob Cole & Garry Galley (reporter: Cassie Campbell)

7:00pm, Pittsburgh Penguins @ New York Islanders (game 4) – TSN
Gord Miller & Mike Johnson (reporter: Sara Orlesky)

9:30pm, Chicago Blackhawks @ Minnesota Wild (game 4) – CBC, RDS2
Dean Brown & Greg Millen

10:00pm, Vancouver Canucks @ San Jose Sharks (game 2) – TSN, RDS (JIP 11pm)
Chris Cuthbert & Ray Ferraro (reporter: Farhan Lalji)

RatingsFrom Bill Brioux… TSN averaged 491, 000 viewers  for game 2 of Rangers-Capitals and 262, 000 viewers for game 3 of Ducks-Red Wings on Saturday. Almost 3 million more people watched the Leafs than the Wings game. For those wondering about the Jays, 415, 000 tuned into their series finale with Boston last Thursday and Friday’s game against Seattle averaged 385, 000.

  1. I figured any game up against a leafs broadcast would be low but it shocks me that it would be that low for a playoff game.

  2. So the Canucks are dead. Are Cuthbert/Ferraro heading to a different series?

Or will they maintain using NBC for the Ducks/Wings and have Miller/Johnson continue their travels between Washington/Pittsburgh/NY?

  3. It appears that the Kings-Blues game will start on the website. The schedule from CHEX-TV is showing that there will be no game at 2200h Eastern for tonight and tomorrow.

What do you think?
