Slim pickings for Canadian NFL fans this week, but here’s the schedule anyway.
Thursday November 1
8:30pm, Kansas City Chiefs @ San Diego Chargers – Sportsnet, RDS
Sunday November 4
1:00pm, Arizona Cardinals @ Green Bay Packers – TSN2
1:00pm, Denver Broncos @ Cincinnati Bengals – CTV (everywhere but southern Ontario), RDS
1:00pm, Buffalo Bills @ Houston Texans – CTV Toronto, Kitchener
4:05pm, Minnesota Vikings @ Seattle Seahawks – Citytv Winnipeg, Alberta, BC; SN Ontario
4:25pm, Pittsburgh Steelers @ New York Giants – Citytv Toronto; SN East, West, Pacific; RDS
8:30pm, Dallas Cowboys @ Atlanta Falcons – TSN, RDS
Monday November 5
8:30pm, Philadelphia Eagles @ New Orleans Saints – TSN, RDS
Good job with your predictions Josh. Would have been nice if CTV showed a third game on Sunday but I am not going to complain. Always nice to see the Vikings when they are available on television and this is one of those weeks.
Josh said it right, slim pickings. So 2 thumbs down on CTV not having a 3rd game to choose from. The Dolphins @ Colts should be on too! I can understand the Ravens @ Browns not chosen. Thankfully there is another game on TSN2. Let’s hope the 2 games mentioned are picked up by CBS Boston, Burlington, and Detroit affiliates as I guessed in the week 8 blog.
I don’t really think that any of the other choices are worthwhile for CTV to go out of their way to air, though. Even MIA @ IND isn’t that great. In fact none of the early games, except Green Bay’s maybe, are really that good.
CBS is showing DEN-CIN just about everywhere. The only stations availabe in Canada that aren’t getting it are those in New York, who get BUF-HOU.
Aside from the 5 on Canadian stations, the only game that I see available to Canadians on Sunday afternoon is CAR @ WSH. Its on Fox in Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Burlington.
FOX Rochester is showing the Cardinals @ Packers and FOX Buffalo has the Vikings @ Seahawks. I can understand CTV with the Broncos @ Bengals being the main game because of Peyton Manning but the Bengals are under 500. The Colts @ Dolphins are both 4-3.
FWIW, Fox in Boston has now switched from showing Carolina @ Washington to the Arizona @ Green Bay game.

FOX Burlington has also switched to the Cardinals @ Packers game.
WNYF (Fox) Watertown has switched to the Cardinals @ Packers game as well.
Update from the 506 now has CBS Burlington showing Bills @ Texans.
Week 10 guesses.
Lions @ Vikings will be on FOX Seattle, Spokane, Minneapolis, and Detroit. Giants @ Bengals will be on FOX Buffalo, Rochester, and Burlington. Bills @ Patriots on CBS Boston, Burlington, and Buffalo. The late game is Jets @ Seahawks on CBS Seattle, Spokane, Minneapolis, and Detroit. Hopefully CTV picks up the three early games listed with perhaps the Broncos @ Panthers being the 4th game or on RDS.
Most of these guesses are obvious as local stations must show the team in their home market. Rochester & Burlington will definitely are the Giants as they are the closest NFC teams in to their markets. It’s wishful thinking but I hope that CTV picks up some games that are not already available on the American border stations. Some variety would be great.
You’re right that it’s obvious who’s showing what this week. Just like the Giants with the NFC, Burlington goes with the AFC Patriots. Like you wished, let’s hope CTV shows Broncos @ Panthers and Falcons @ Saints.
Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favourite reason seemed
to be on the web the simplest thing to have in mind of.
I say to you, I certainly get irked while folks think about issues that
they just don’t recognize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest and also outlined out the entire thing with no need side effect , other folks could take a signal. Will likely be back to get more. Thank you
